Hi everyone, I am new here. Heres my question. Does anyone know why my mini rose plant has yellowish new buds (shoots)? It stays cold in the gargare but no frost.. Last Fall (Nov) I read on line on how to overwinter my mini rose plant. I did what it said to do. I only water the plant when it starts to look dry. The plant is starting to bud and has some small foliage but it is yellowish. Is this normal, or is it sick and dying? Thanks....
