Hi, My collection is nicely growing but i am still missing a few maples i would really like to have I am searching for mikawa variants in europe. Does anyone know if we can get mystic mikawa or mayday or any other type in europe.
I have been looking for the Mikawa family here in the UK. I’m not having any luck. I would love Mayday!
Hi. Recently bought two of this in Norway. Labelled Crispin Silva Mikawa Yatsubusa. Should be a Mystic Mikawa I think. Looking more like a Mikawa seedling perhaps, but it has been shipped a long way to get to the nursery and then by mail to me. Time will tell…
I saw a post on FB that someone contacted Crispin Silva for confirmation and it is actually a Mikawa Kaen.

Many seedlings can look exactly like named variants. I have a few seedlings that could be confused for Mystic or Kaen.
