has anyone had any success growing this strange plant?
it seems like it wouldn't have a very long lifespan, but it's super cool looking.

There's not a lot of info out there one this one, I've noticed.

I've had one since about February. I left it in it's original (4") pot, in a cachepot. I've kept mine constantly moist, and have it on my porch right now with a strong south and west exposure. (Direct sun most of the day) It continues to send up new 'blooms'.

Forgot to mention that I water it from the bottom. (Take the plant out, pour about 2" of water in the cachepot and place the plant back in the cachepot. Seems to be working out nicely...so far.

It's growing on my porch right now...hoping my success continues when it has to come indoors this fall!
