I was given a Meyers lemon this year that was flowering profusely with the most gorgeous fragrance in spring which then turned to fruit that never turned yellow. I spoke with a friend and she said the same thing happened to her. Where did we go wrong? I've now brought it into my solarium for the winter should I remove the green fruit?

I'd leave them to see what happens.

It could take about a year for the fruit to ripen.
