I purchased a Meyer Lemon tree last year, but after a month or so, noticed what appeared to be dark tan/orange spots on the fruit and leaves. After this cold winter, it's back outside and the spots are beginning to appear, once again. Looks like a fungus. Any suggestions/recommendations?
