I reciently purchased a Meyer Lemon Tree from Lowes. I live in central Fl and want to keep it in a container. It is in a 3-4 gal pot and is outside in full sun. There are 3 lemons on the tree, the largest being 1 and 1/2" in dia and green. The problem is all the fruit looks like it has scratch marks on the instead of nice green immature fruit. The tree was purchased as a 1 gal container tree. Do you have any suggestions?
