I re-potted my Meyer lemon tree last fall and it didn't produce fruit all winter but has now started to blossom and develop some fruit. But the fruit is tiny and deformed with spotting. The leaves are falling off, they are turning yellow and have brown spotting on them. The tree appears to have some type of infestation or rot. It is in pretty bad shape. I've included some photos of the fruit and leaves. Any input into the problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
