I just gradually moved my meyer lemon inside and it has suffered a lot of leaf drop and now its remained leaves seem to be yellowing or almost burnt" I re-potted it before I moved it in with perlite sand organic soil and an orchid bark mulch lots of air. To be honest it was never a really healthy plant when I got it, but this summer it really perked up but now it seems to be worse I have a 42watt full spectrum for it too. My calamansi and kaffir are very happy but this lemon seems very temperamental. My other Meyer is happy as well so I have no idea whats going on with this guy here are some pictures.
From the photos I would have guessed fertilizer or salt burn but the medium is fresh. (I'm assuming it hadn't been over-fertilized.) It's unlikely to be the general care it's getting since your other citrus trees are doing well. So how does this tree differ from the others? Location? Any sign of bugs in the soil?
I saw a millipede it had scale about a year ago now but I caught that quickly, and had spider mites in June but I have seen nothing else it happened amazingly fast. Like two weeks I spent a week slowly acclimatizing it too. It seems like it wants to croak. It was a older tree when i got it.
