Identification: March Tree with Fragrant Flowers =*)

    Took a picture of this plant in school, i've also seen it once or twice around the area. (London)

    can ANYONE tell me the name of it?

    TREE
    FLOWERS BLOOM END OF MARCH
    FLOWERS DIE WITHIN 2/3 WEEKS
    WHITE/PINK PETALS
    VERY SWEET SMELL
    FLOWERS APROX 15cm LENGTH
    NO LEAVES ON TREES WHEN IN BLOOM
    TREE HEIGHT APROX: 15-20ft
