I was given a couple of plants called marble onion. I cannot find any info. using that name. The plant has a round bulb (the color of green grapes & the size of a small marble) that is slightly tucked into sand. They started out growing a couple of leaves like onion blades. The plant then developes a stem that comes out between the blades that remind me of an asparagus fern without the leafletts. Does anyone have any idea what this? It may not even be an indoor plant.
