I might seem very anecdotic, but I've always thought that at least for some Acermaniacs, anything relating to their obessions would captivate their interest. Music for instance. Among the numerous versions of "Maple Leaf Rag" that one can find on the web, I like this one. Imperfect, incomplete, but so "convivial" (open and friendly) ... I believe the Maple Leaf Reel is a traditional song, pretty sure I've heard it in a pub in Ireland. This version is played by some cheerful Canadians: I thought this was going to be about taking a trunk section and sticking it on a record player, now that was a "concept!" -E
This turned up, it appears to be about a maple tree (somewhat anyway) I confess I didn't make it to the end. The 4 minutes seemed a bit, erm, long.
