Can anybody please help me identify any of the following maples as I am struggling to find out what they are. Plant 2 the leaves are deep burgundy in colour, and have a waxy look about them. The leaves almost start to curl back on themselves. Plant 3 has five long linear leaves in each hand. Thanks James
Your photos look as though they were taken with flash, which means that colours are false The second one looks suspiciously like Trompenburg
#1 ?? #2 I'd feel confident saying 'Trompenburg' #3 More thread leaf cultivars than you can shake a stick at! 'Koto No Ito' Maybe.
Thanks for the replies. I will try and get some more pics without flash. #1 I do remember buying a Seiryu and in all the moving around of trees I must have forgotten I had it #2 could be Trompenburg, but the leaves are more slender and rolled up on themselves than the ones in the gallery. Maybe as they are still new? #3 Don't think it is a Koto No Ito as I have one of these as well, and they look dissimilar. Thanks James
James ... if you told us what plants you know you have it would be easier to help you replace the mixed up nameplates :)

Jeepers james .... have you lost the labels of so many? OR ... are the unknown ones simply seedlings?
Sam, a combination of seedlings and larger trees I not got round to identifying yet. Maybe I will post some more pics as the year goes on. James
Your seedlings will be an impossibility to identify James It would be nice to see some more pics though .....
