I bought this Maple from the RHS at Wisley about three years ago and stupidly lost the name tag somewhere. Does anyone have any idea what it might be? I know its very difficult to be certain but would like at least to narrow it down.
    Thanks

Definitely an Acer japonicum cultivar. Have to agree that 'Green Cascade' is a very good candidate.

Ok many thanks, that's good enough for me. Will try and not lose the name tag this time!

Acer japonicum 'Fairy Lights' is another option that grows slower and has a smaller, finer leaf similiar to 'Green Cascade'.
