    Hello there!
I managed to germinate a mango seed that came from a fruit that I bought at the supermarket. It only broke the surface around 4 weeks ago and it's already about ten inches tall. It's fairly healthy i think except for one problem. several of its 8 leaves have not formed correctly. they are well formed at the base of the leaf but are significantly deformed closer to the tip, the affected leaves are also alot smaller than their opposite leaf. What can i do to try and ensure that this doesn't happen when it starts to produce the next set of leaves???? It's in a deep 10 inch pot and i have never fed the plant. Any andvice would be apreciated! Thanks.

Can you post us a picture of your plant? (How to attach images) It's much easier to diagnose what's going on that way....

This said, I've had the exact same thing happen with young mangoes (and I'm guessing that you've got either an Alfonso or a Julie, given your location) and they've pulled right rhough it and grown on to be lovely trees.
