I just purchased a magnolia sirindhorniae and am keeping it indoors in a pot because I live in Wyoming, where it snows. The tree is about 5 feet tall. Does anyone have any advice as to the care of this plant, such as indoor temperature, exposure to sunlight, watering, soil conditions, etc.?

    Wow!

About care, I would think lots of bright light and good humidity. I think perhaps it would be happier outside in a warmer climate though. Just curious, where did you buy this plant? It is quite uncommon.

    Thanks!

    Ted.

I believe the care should be the same as one would do for Michelia x alba or Michelia champaca. Try google those two magnolias for the care in cold climate.
