This late blooming (May 27) magnolia was a bargain, but had no lable and seller didn't know. Can anyone please help identify the variety?

Yep, that's what it is. I have 2 of them and they're always loaded with flowers.

The inferior pale form often offered here. A better one, with dark anthers is also at a couple outlets I frequent - along with this same common type.
