Can anyone give me any information as to what kind of condition suits the Magesty Palm and the Areca Palm, also are they best in sun or shade etc. and how tall do they grow. They are being planted in Central Florida
Johnshepp, Areca palms are slow growing to 28 feet in height. Majesty palm grow to a height of 40 FT and can fruit in warm conditions. I hope this helps. I also have an areca palm and a Majesty palm, my areca is about 4 feet in height and my Majesty is also about 4 feet in height so you are not alone in growing these palms. Dogseadepression
