Hello this is my first post in a forum ever so if I make mistake please don`t get mad.
I have a dragon tree from 2 years and I live in Netherlands. Most of the time the plant is on a place which gets some light but not too much, it is not exposed to wind or anything like that. In one moment before one month the plant started to have it`s leaves down and the trunk kinda started becoming shallow. After a little while I decided to take some actions so I re-potted the plant. In that process i found out rotting roots which i cut of and washed the bad parts away.

The current problem is that out of 3 i have only 1 left which is in mint condition because the leaves are going down fast with changed color from nice green to yellow with spots which are with brownish color.

Please let me know can I save it somehow.

Rotting roots are a symptom of over-watering.
First of all, make sure that the pot has drainage holes at the bottom. If possible water from the bottom, by filling the saucer under the pot with water, just enough for the water to be taken up in a half of an hour or so. When watering from the top always make sure that the water shows up in the saucer, but is taken back soon.
Water in regular intervals when the soil on top is dry to touch.
This is how watering should normally look like (there are some exceptions).
I don't have any experience with a Dragon Tree to advise you how often to water it, may be someone else on this forum will. Otherwise do some research on the Net.
If I had a plant with roots roting, at first I would water it less often than normal, to put halt to the developing rot.

After looking at your pictures again I am wondering, may be the pot is too small for such a big plant? I am thinking, too small pot with constantly wet soil could be the reason for difficulties you experience.

    Welcome to the forum!
