I have an out door madagascar palm the leaves start with small black spot, grow larger, leaves turn yellow and fall off. I have tried fungicide3 for black spots. No good. I have 4 others that all well.
I hope you get an answer, I have the same problem Mine is in a pot I have had it for three years, first in Arizona. I have had die back because of the heat or the cold, but never these black spots
