Had to repot to bigger pot;water plant with well water that had set for 24 hours. Now leaves are falling off;and top turning white. What has cause this.Have another one that i did the same with and its doing great.
Your plants look to be over potted. The pot looks to be way too big and deep for size of the plants because most of the stems are hidden inside the pot. Only give them about an inch of room around the rootball. If both plants were growing ok and upright BEFORE you repotted, the roots on the one falling over could be suffacating from all that wet soil which could also threaten the other. The pot you use should have drain holes or the soil will stay soggy wet. I like to use clay for most tropicals, especally ones that pretty much like to dry out between waterings like your dracaena's. Plastic pots take longer for the soil to dry out. You can add plenty of Perlite to the soil to lighten it up and to help it drain better. They also might be receiving too much hot sun. Direct hot sun can burn the leaves, move them to where they will get bright indirect light with just a little sun, or dapple sun.
to hear about that! Dracaena's are pretty inexpensive at places like Walmart, Lowe's and Home Depot if you ever want to try again...
