Janet, sorry don't know--but there was a supplier at the Van Dusen plant sale...maybe you could start your search there.
I know there is one place on No. 5 Road in Richmond...but past that I have no idea where to go. Bringing them in from Washington means a $35 phytosanitary inspection fee per tree...
