Looking to identify flower seen on Grouse Mountain, Vancouver

    This plant/flower was seen May 20 on Powerline Trail not far from the parking lot for Grouse Mountain gondola. The plant was about 1 metre tall.

    its a Columbine Aquilegia spp of some sort

    The common one like this is Aquilegia vulgaris.
