Looking to identify another bird...

    I had a newcomer show up at my waterfall the other day that I can't identify; the image is a little blurry but it's the only one I have of the bird.
    No white on the top of the head but appears to have a yellow spot near the eye.

    @pmurphy looks like a Black-throated Gray Warbler.

    Here is a second image (I accidentally deleted it this morning and was finally able to use a recovery program to retrieve it).

    I'm hoping the bird will return and I can get some better images.

    Yes, definitely Black-throated Gray Warbler (and much easier to tell from the 2nd pic, where the head orientation is clear!)
