Looking for Sea Holly in Victoria.

Are there any members with gardens in Victoria that has Sea Holly from which I could get some root cuttings?

 

Could you please Post a picture and / or Latin name

What I think is sea holly says it seeds freely - I wonder if we speak of same decorative plant

I like sea holly (because I like purplish blue on the « color Wheel » )

And it does well in floral arrangements - the right texture contrast and color complement plus it lasts — and props up hydrangeas and lilies etc
