Looking for P.Incarnata (Maypop Passionflower)

I am a permaculture student of the Renfrew Collingwood Food Security Institute. For my final project I am building a healing/medicinal garden for the rooftop garden at the Collingwood Neighbourhood House.

I am trying to source P.Incarnata (Maypop Passion Flower) to grow on the fences of the rooftop garden but having difficulty sourcing this plant. Does anyone have any idea where I could possibly find this in the Lower Mainland?

 

I don't know about this year but last year Phoenix Perennials in Richmond had some.
