I am trying to find sources for any of the following Clematis (Clematis fasciculiflora
Clematis cirrhosa or Clematis x cartmanii 'Avalanche').

    Some info is in http://http://www.gardenbuddies.com/forums/clematis/1102-clematis-x-cartmanii-avalanche.html

Info although not sources, in that gardening forum, not sure where located. My 'Avalanche' survived 2 winters here in lower Vancouver Island but not last winter, unfortunately. Beautiful while it lasted. Maybe it could have been protected with wrappings? It was in a sheltered patio corner away from all winds. [Was available locally here from two nurseries that I saw...]

Call or visit some garden centers. Specialists like Tissues & Liners serving local stores enable them to offer a wide range of vines. Independent outlets here stocking assortments of clematis often have the last two species, at least during the peak season. Try big ones, like Molbak's (Woodinville), Swanson's and Wells-Medina (just over the floating bridge).

City Peoples would also be worth a try, possibly having one or two of them at this time.
