It appears that I have holly bushes with leaf blight. I live in middle TN and my most of my soil is clay (which contributes greatly to poor drainage). I have watched my hollies go from full vigor in the summer months to excessive dying leaves and leaf drop in the spring. These are builder quality plants of 1.5 years which I would like to replace with another evergreen bush that will be tolerant to what's affecting the hollies. I like boxwoods but don't know if they will be affected in the same manner. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
