Looking for a Cascara Tree

I'm looking for a Cascara [Rhamnus Purshiana] tree, the smaller the better. Please let me know if anyone has one for sale or if anyone has seen one in any garden stores. I live in Burnaby, but am willing to travel a little further if necessary.
