I have just noticed some very small silvery bugs in the soil of my calamondin tree. I haven't been noticing any flying insects from the soil just these little crawling bugs that look alot like thrips, but smaller and silvery. I haven't seen any on the tree itself, just the soil.

I also noticed in my bag of unused soil tiny little worms. They are whitish and opaque, not even a centimetre long. There are many of them, and they're all very small. This is the soil I used to repot my calamondin four months ago, But it didn't seem to hurt the tree. I have however noticed that it stopped growing. It seems healthy, but new leaf sprouts seem to be dying off as soon as they pop out.

What might these bug be? Should I worry?
