There are little fast moving nat/flys in my house plant soil, they mostly hang in the soil of only one plant, unless the pot is bumped or they are disturbed some how. I moved that plant out side and sprayed the soil with neem and they all vacated, but were back a few days later, how do I get rid of them? any natural remedies?
