Little cactus growing...

    This is my little Echinopsis sp...he is one and half years old....

    the first one, is it one of the trichocereoids or one of the lumpers?

    It is one of trichoceroids.

    T. spachianus then? thats what it looks like.

    and as for the Euphorbia obesa, you sure? they look alot like cacti, Euphorbias are not cacti. the pics are very small, but i THINK i see notched ridges with spines. looks more like a gymnocalycium or something.

    The main thing is that the pic you posted is indicative (for what can be seen) of cacti.
    Euphorbia, for all its simmilarities, is not cacti.

    do you have a clearer pic?
