This is a vine-like shrub that's climbed its way up into one of my trees (had to go a long way) and is using the tree for support. Wanted to know what it is and how bad eating the berries would kill someone. Can you guys help me out?

I think you will find this is a species of Ampelopsis.

and eating the berries won't kill me but it won't thrill me either. I think I will be working to take that one out in favor of some better edible weeds: it's covering the area where i have some wild blackberries growing.
