    Hi,

I just found two lithops at a local greenhouse and I'm very excited; they're beautiful little plants.

I found a fulviceps var. lactinea c222 and a bromefieldii var insularis (Soverby). I wanted to make sure that both plants have the same domant period because the second species that I just listed is busy pushing out new leaves =/. As far as I understand that means that I should not water it until the new leaves are established am I right?

Also, the media that they were in had mold and cobwebs along the bottom so I repotted them both into slightly larger pots with a mixture of 50% perlite and 50% generic houseplant potting soil. Since they're recently repotted I shouldn't put them in full sun yet right? The roots got disturbed but nothing that I could see came off (not that there aren't small wounds I would guess).

After giving them about two weeks to heal, am I right in thinking that I will probably have to water them once every two to three weeks in the hot summer? It's up to 32-38C here right now and VERY dry.

Any information/help is greatly appreciated :)

    Thank you,

    -Ryan
