With the small amount of information you provide, it is difficult to give an educated guess. However, that said, the probability is that nothing at all is wrong with your tree. Of all the blooms and small fruitlets a citrus tree produces 97 percent will fall from the tree. Normally, a citrus tree only retains 1 - 3 percent of the fruit through to maturity.
