I have a lemon tree in a large pot that gets at least 3 hours of sun a day. It is blossoming like crazy but the new lemons that are only 1 inch long are dropping off. Any suggestions?

Sounds to me like too few hours of light. In winter alone they need 8-11 hours of sunlight.

Citrus trees produce an abundance of flowers, but only 2-3 percent of the blooms will become fruit. Further, of the fruit that does develop, only 1 -2 percent will remain on a citrus tree until maturity. If every flower produced by a citrus tree became fruit, the tree would be crushed under it own weight. It is not due to the 3 hours of sunlight. Citrus trees utilize sunlight to manufacture photosynthates, which is the tree's food. This process maximizes at 650 PAR, which is only 1/3 of full sunlight. Your trees looks very normal. - Millet
