Hello, I have a lemon tree that I planted in the ground several months ago. It's been doing great up until the past few weeks when the leaves started turning brown. Since it has been planted it has grown almost 2 feet in height, and atleast 50% in width. I water this tree ALOT. I know i've read over and over to only water citrus trees every few days, but I live in Phoenix, AZ and it's HOT here. Currently it's 115 out and only cools off into the 80's at night. From how brown and crispy the leaves look, i would assume it's not getting enough water. Even with how much water it does get, the green leaves tend to get wilted during the day in the heat. I don't know though, I'm new to growing citrus. I also have a bearss lime tree that was planted at the same time that gets the same amount of water and maybe an hour less of sunlight and it's doing fine. The lime tree hasn't really grown much at all, but it has a ton of fruit, maybe 30 or so limes. The lemon tree has grown a ton but only has 2 lemons, and now the leaves are turning brown. There is new growth on the lemon tree, growing new bright green branches, but almost 1/4 of the tree is brown now. The tree is in full sun, was planted in the ground in miracle grow dirt, and i've added citrus food once to it. And it gets watered daily. I also have very hard water here, as you can see from the white water spots on the leaves. I like to spray the leaves down when I water it to keep pests away, and it dries right away so i don't really see the harm. I only spray it down when it's in the shade too as to not burn the leaves that way. Any ideas what could be wrong with my tree?

I think that you are over watering. I see in your photos that the new leafs look nice and shine, but in the photo the new leafs seem to be under tha "burnt" leafs. But I sincerely do not know why the leafs are turnning brown.
I do have at least a 10 lemon trees, and other citrus in my garden and they get water every other day.
