Identification: 'Lemon Magnolia' on Bowen Island?

    My parents have this tree on their porch on Bowen and the blossoms smell just like lemons. It is deciduous. I want to buy one, but I don't know the name. Is it M. virginiana?

    Looks like M. virginiana, not sure where you could get one though.
