For the past 3 years this tree (I think it's an Occidental Plane) has been getting these spots on its leaves, which then turn brown and fall off. Last year the tree was almost without any leaves about a month before the rest of the similar trees started losing their leaves for winter.
Any ideas what this is and how I can treat it (preferably non-chemically)?

Looks more like Liriodendron tulipfera or similar. Not sure what the problem is though.

I'm pretty sure it's some kind of Planatus. The leaves in the previous pictures are not fully developed.
Here's another picture with more mature leaves and a fruit (a bit of out focus). The fruit on the branches where the problematic leaves are also didn't develop properly. They're small and dry.

Yes you are right, apologies. Definitely not Liriodendron.
