Dear saltcedar Thank u for the info. The plant identified as Xanthosylam is infact evergreen ,looks exactly like xanthoxylum, is neither cold hardy nor is scented. I would requet to look for an alternative. Pittosporum plant is again an evergreen photograph is not that of pitosporum.I have a pittosporum plant and can send its photo if u like me to send With regards arshwood
2. I agree with Saltcedar. It does look like a Pittosporum tobira. Maybe P. tobira nana. http://www.architecturalplants.com/iplant.html?code=ptni;name=Pittosporum+tobira+Nana.jpg;form=l
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zanthoxylum Here's a few of the 250 other species to go through. Some evergreen some not, some hardy some not.
