I planted a Laurel Leaf willow about 3 years ago and has been very healthy until now. We just got back from a 2 wk vacation and noticed that the leaves are turning brown from the bottom up. It appears that it is not going to make it. Can you suggest anything to bring it back?
Older leaves (from the start of spring) on willows are commonly starting to drop by this time of year. If the top leaves are still green, it should be OK.
Can you post photos? Ideally both of the whole plant and close-ups of the affected foliage, and comparison pics of the unaffected one.
