October 25th. Is it too late to plant lawn seed in Tsawwassen. The location is south facing, sheltered but under a very tall douglas fir that has been pruned up to about 50feet from grade (not my tree, very ugly) If I decide to just go ahead anyway what might the effects be - could the lawn just die in the spring, if it germinates at all?
