Larix laricina var alaskensis

    Hi all


    Im new here does anyone knoe if larix laricina var alaskensis is distinct
    from the typical larix laricina thanks for any infomation on this conifer.

    any photos also much appreciated.I also have Larix laricina here.

    Hi Euan,

    Most authorities don't consider it distinct, but a few do. The cones may average a little smaller, but that's about all.
