This plant is growing in my mother's yard, looks like its fallen over, it may have been upright at one point, just curious to know what it is since I 've never seen anything like it. Is it a weed? is it cultivated? Any ideas? The screwdriver is about 6 inches long to give you an idea of size, the plant is probably two feet from tip of the flower to the base of the stem. its in the mild pacific northwest if that helps at all.
