    I assume you are looking for landscaping or gardening courses. The garden does offer some courses and seminars. Take a look at these links:

    UBC Education and Outreach - links to many resources you may wish to investigate
    Great Plant Picks - There are no courses here, but I include the link from our links database, because it may be very useful in choosing great plants that are easy to grow in this region.

    You may also wish to look at SFU and schools in the Burnaby area to see what is offered.

    Perhaps forum readers from the region have taken local courses that they found helpful?
