Identification: Lactarius vietus?

is this mushroom a Lactarius vietus ?

 

It doesn't look like one. Does it produce white "milk"?

 

Hard to ID in this condition, and agree with Sundrop's question.

If it didn't it would mean for sure it is not Lactarius vietus.

Still, it doesn't look to me like Lactarius vietus at all, compare http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactarius_vietus.
