I am looking for help regarding my Hoya plant. In the fall time I had repotted the plant and had no problem with its' growth at all. Two weeks ago, it had started blooming and I was thrilled, because of the repotting I thought perhaps that I might have inhibited the blossoming time. I am happy with the flowers, but, there is no scent. I so look forward to the aroma of this flower but there isnt any. Would anyone have any idea as to why there is no scent or even any nectar at all. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this. Thank you.

Not all of them have strong scents (I've been disappointed with Hoya bella); some of them only produce scent at certain times of day, usually night. My H. lacunosa was usually unscented until about 9 PM.

Same with nectar, more or less. Neither bella nor lacunosa has ever produced much nectar for me.

Thanks for the reply. I have always had fragrance either a little or a lot, but this blooming time has none. Altho overnite there is a faint scent, so perhaps the fragrance is starting to come back, hopefully. So shall just bide my time and hope for the best. Again I appreciate your time in replying. Have a great day!
