Kwanza Cherry Tree Pest

    I noticed a sticky weblike substance on the branch of my tree. I can't tell what kinds of bugs might be inside. Any idea what this is and how to get rid of it? Additionally it seems to select a leave or branch at a time.

    Still the wrong spelling, though. 'Kanzan' is the correct spelling of the cultivar name.
