My kumquat tree bears sick fruits every year. I have two, one of them does just fine. The other grows a tiny bit slower and the leaves are significantly slender. The fruits whither and turn brown. Some new branches look dead. Does anybody know what can be wrong and what the treatment might be? Many thanks, Denise
