    Hello - I didn't see this plant bloom, just going to seed. There were many, many of them - slender stalks 15-20cm high. The seeds themselves have barbs. It is a low ground cover type plant with small leaves 1-2cm. Very curious about it. It has lovely whorls in this stage. Thank you for any help.

    Love those seed heads.
    It reminds me of Dryas octopetala...common name Mountain avens.

    Maybe check out other Dryas sp for this area.
    Dryas dummondii is the most common in Alberta.
