Sorry that the leaves of your kalanchoe plant has withered. I am not a professional but I hope any advice from me would help. Can you post a picture in reply to my post? If the stem is still green, you are in luck of fully reviving it. First off that Kalanchoe plants are succulents...they are like aloe plants and cactus plants in which they are very good at retaining water in drought conditions. I have seen plenty of Kalanchoe plants donated to my children's school for its butterfly garden. I hope this advice helps for you.....re-pot it in some fresh soil(neutral to mildly alkaline). Don't fertilize it until you see very established foliage.....(if you search my username, I got the same advice in regards to fertilization). Water it sparingly as these plants love to retain water. Also try to keep it in a shady spot outdoors.
